Plus standalone SaaS products, and native or cross-platform apps for the work that belongs on a device, not just in a browser.
A public-facing website with a private operations layer underneath it — lead tracking, client records, invoicing, scheduling, and reporting consolidated into one system instead of five disconnected subscriptions. We map the real process first — how a lead becomes a customer, how a job moves from intake to invoice — then build the software around it.
Practical AI wired into the real work — not a chatbot bolted on. Generation and editing inside the dashboard, assistants trained on your own business answering visitors on the live site, and custom agents or automations built from scratch when the problem calls for it. Any task done the same way on a recurring basis is a candidate to automate.
Custom-built sites that load fast and convert — with a true commerce and operations backend behind them, not a plugin held together with tape. Payments, subscriptions, self-serve accounts, and order management run on the same architecture as our CRMs, so the storefront and the back office are one system.
